South Korea marked the 4,358th National Foundation Day on October 3. KTV’s official coverage offers a way to look beyond the holiday’s name and see the national ceremony.

A record of today, not an upcoming event

KTV broadcast the October 3 ceremony as a special live programme. The event has already taken place: this card links to its official record rather than presenting it as something still to attend.
