Walking and festival events affect roads in Seoul on Sunday, October 4. Check the closure times before travelling through Sinchon’s Yonsei-ro or Jamsugyo.
Start with Yonsei-ro in Sinchon
Seoul TOPIS lists the Yonsei-ro car-free period in Sinchon from 09:00 to 22:00 KST. Vehicle access is restricted during that window, so check an alternative route before driving through the area.
Jamsugyo closes in both directions from noon
Jamsugyo is scheduled to close from 12:00 until midnight across roughly 1.1 km from the northern end of the bridge toward Banpo Hangang Park’s Moonlight Square. Bus routes and stops nearby may also change, so recheck TOPIS and live transit information immediately before leaving. The linked video is an advance report on holiday traffic controls.
