The KMA forecast mostly cloudy skies across Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi, with isolated traces of drizzle below 0.1 mm possible between noon and 3 PM on October 5. These were forecasts for that date, not measurements of what ultimately occurred.

The outlook issued at the time for October 6

The same bulletin projected gradual clearing on the evening of October 5 and mostly clear skies on October 6. It also warned about strong winds and rough seas into the early hours of October 6. This historical forecast should not be used for present-day travel or clothing decisions.
