Why NOW picked itA good weekend food outing, kid-friendly too. Orders go through QR and there are 3,300 seats to cut the queues, but the last night is Sunday the 25th at 9:30 p.m.
The 6th Tteokbokki Festival, run by Daegu's Buk-gu district, keeps going at and around iM Bank PARK until 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25. Entry is free, and it opens at 11 a.m. today too.

The venue is iM Bank PARK, Daegu FC's home ground. It opened in 2019 as DGB Daegu Bank Park and has carried the current name since 2025.
Expect a food zone of tteokbokki restaurants from around the country, main-stage shows, a night programme called 'Tteokpe Night', a 'Red-Flavor Lucky Draw' and 'Wan-tteok Challenge' missions. A tour aimed at Taiwanese visitors is also on the programme.

Order by QR, with 3,300 seats
Last year's 330,000 visitors made queues the problem, so this year's fix is the QR ordering system 'Comein': order and pay, then watch a show or try an activity while you wait. On-site kiosks go from 4 to 12.
Seating rises from 2,800 to 3,300 and experience programs from 15 to 30.

Park in Chilseong-dong, or take the shuttle
About 1,000 spaces are set aside around the venue; the Chilseong-dong temporary lot (roughly 450 spaces) is about a 7-minute walk. Free shuttles from the Sangyeok annex run every 15 minutes, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 24 and 25.
Taxis get 5,000 won off if you set a destination near the venue in the 'Daegu-ro Taxi' app and pay with Daegu-ro Pay. It is 400 rides a day, first come first served.
With kids, head inside the gymnasium
The outdoor children's rides moved into the Citizen Gymnasium as 'Ppogi Land', with a guardians' lounge and a separate nursing room.
