A sculpture that glows in the dark
Gravitas (2025) is a curved skate-park form painted with phosphorescent pigment, so it gives off a blue glow once the lights are off. Mobius (2026), an 8 m stainless-steel piece, looks like a tunnel up close; from the floor above it turns out to be an infinity sign.
A scent drifts, and the drawings change
A scent spreads through the galleries from the wooden sculpture FMMA. In R, made of 1,001 drawings and 77 wooden boxes, the pictures on the wall are swapped periodically, so every visit can look different.
35 works, three decades
The show gathers 35 works from the early 1990s to new pieces. Its title blends the artist's coined word 'uth' with 'cosmos'.
18,000 won, with a free show in the auditorium lounge
Admission to the Koo Jeong A show is 18,000 won, booked on ticket.leeum.org. No regular closed day is listed; opening hours and the subway exit were not on the official page. The Idea Museum show in the auditorium lounge is free until Nov. 29. The address is 60-16 Itaewon-ro 55-gil, Yongsan-gu, phone 02-2014-6900.
