Why NOW picked itA good pick if you like hearing the history of old ferry landings while you walk the river. Sessions start at 10:00 and 14:00, and a course only runs once 5 people have signed up, so apply early on the Hangang Story Travel site.
The Han River History Tour, a guided walk where docents tell the stories of old ferry landings and bridges, runs until Nov. 15. Sessions start at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm every day, and there is no fee.

Foreign visitors and the stamp-book deadline
Under the city's 2025 announcement, a foreign applicant could get a session even when booking alone, with interpretation arranged in advance. Ask the operations office whether the same applies this year.
Stamp-book completion certification, for collecting a stamp at each course, closes on Nov. 21. The site also has a notice on how the tour runs when a weather warning is in force.
